DLM Pensionne is like my home in Puerto Princesa. I stayed there on all three visits to the city. It’s quiet there; I can sleep soundly and not worry about my safety. It’s a few meters away from Rizal Avenue and easily accessed by tricycles, the main mode of transportation. They have WiFi, a/c rooms with television, and accommodating staff.
They have a common area where you can cook your own meals and dine with other guests. If you don’t like to cook because you’re on vacation, you may ask the staff to prepare it for you (usually it’s breakfast that you need because you’ll be out the whole day for tours). Just tell them about this upon confirmation of your booking. They can assist you too on booking tours and would gladly wake you early so you won’t be late. They give quality service and that gives value to money spent. A Filipino family runs the place so expect genuine hospitality. Their expansion project in El Nido is currently in progress, I’ll inform you when it’s up and running. I bet it’s as good as this one in Puerto Princesa, or even better.
