We’ve been waiting for this, Easy Grocery.

I will be forever amazed at how technology brings convenience.

I had the chance to try Easy Grocery last week, the latest mobile app which allows consumers to purchase their grocery items online and have them delivered to their preferred address.

This is how the app looks like:

My wife even sent screenshots of items from the app. Fail-proof grocery shopping!

Nel and I spend an average of one hour to finish a week’s worth of groceries. That means four hours in four weeks. We can spend that time doing other things instead of queuing in long payment lines.

Easy Grocery also has a working customer service system. Look at the following screenshots:

And how do you receive your groceries? Through Easy Grocery trained staff!

Easy Grocery only charges a flat rate of 100 pesos for the service fee per order and
another 100 pesos for the delivery fee. It is now available in its three pilot areas — Makati, Parañaque and Taguig — and hopes to add more cities in the coming months.

Easy Grocery can eventually change how we buy our groceries. Look at online stores that offers clothes, accessories, shoes, and electronics. Even airline tickets can be purchased online. E-commerce brings convenience and this technology can be helpful to anyone who feels like there is so much to do with very little time. That’s like almost every working person I know.

5th Filinvest City Endurance Weekend on September 30 – October 1, 2017

Elite and amateur mountain bike (MTB) riders can once again expect a thrilling and demanding race experience as the 5th Filinvest City Endurance Weekend makes its way on September 30 – October 1, 2017, at the Filinvest City Alabang.

The cycling jersey for endurance bikers.

First staged in 2013, The Filinvest City Endurance Weekend is an exciting two-day MTB event unlike any other as it challenges riders – either in solo and team categories – to push themselves to the limit in the 6-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour race spans that are very much a test of skill, endurance, and strength.

Is there a training plan for a 24-hour cycling race?

That Filinvest City serves as the race venue has become even more relevant and fitting with the recent introduction of bike lanes and trails, the latter a feature that cannot be found in other CBDs. Already, bikers of all backgrounds are taking advantage of these amenities, not only on weekends but also during the work week, making Filinvest City a true bike-friendly CBD.

This route map is pretty much the same as last year’s crazy endurance weekend.

Apart from an exclusive medal for all finishers and winners, generous cash prizes also await winners in the various race categories.

The 24-hour leg will start on September 30 (Saturday) at 12nn; the 12-hour leg will start on September 30 (Saturday) at 5pm; while the 6-hour leg will start on October 1 (Sunday) at 6:00am.
